grammy live

Monday, February 14, 2011

The Grammy’s will be starting at 8pm EST / 5pm PST. And there is good reason to not just to tune in but to stay tuned in the whole entire time? Why? Because pretty much the entire music industry will be there will a slew of what will surely be some very memorable performances. Who is going to attend this year and who is going to perform and what can you NOT miss?
Performers:
Lady Gaga
Katy Perry
Christina Aguilera
Rihanna (but she might be too ill to perform)
Mick Jagger
Bob Dylan with Mumford and Sons
Miranda Lambert
Cee Lo Green and Gwyneth Paltrow
Arcade Fire
Barbra Streisand
Esperanza Spalding
Eminem and Dr. Dre

The music represented at the 2011 Grammy Awards stretches through the decades. Just to give you a scope of how diversified in age that this Grammy Awards show will offer, Justin Bieber’s parents were not even born yet, when almost 70 year old Bob Dylan first performed “Maggie’s Farm.” Perhaps there's a debate to be had over "big enough".Jagger's ex-wife, Jerry Hall, lept to his defense in October, saying, "Mick is very well endowed. I should know - I was with him for 23 years. Keith is just jealous."
